Get to Know Us

Listening to participants and grantees while making data-driven decisions is key to strengthening rural communities. Let's push forward your work together.

Building stronger communities through data and collaboration.

Every aspect of a community is connected, from public health to youth development.

We use data to empower organizations to measure their work so that they can strengthen their efforts and ultimately, their community.

Our Approach

We structure all our consulting engagements in ways that build an understanding of an organization’s unique context, uplift lived experiences, and center community voices.

We do this by:

  • Inviting the expertise and lived experiences of individuals involved in or impacted by the evaluation.

  • Ensuring the language used to describe methods and findings are accessible to the intended audiences.

  • Planning evaluation activities as to minimize the burden on participants and staff.

  • Understanding how our team's professional and personal experiences might impact the way we work with organizations.
