Partnership for Re-Entry Program
Overview
Local Insight Studio works with Partnership for Re-Entry Program, a restorative justice organization. They support newly paroled individuals in obtaining housing, employment, and mentorship.
Through this work, Local Insight Studio helps Partnership for Re-Entry Program identify the needs of the individuals they serve, measure how they are meeting those needs, and make smart programmatic decisions based on this data.

“We had a chance to bring six participants at different stages in their reentry to [learn more about] their experience, what their challenges were, and if they had ideas on what we could do to better support them. The journey mapping activity was good for us to gauge where we need to focus on for our next grant cycle, which is housing, and we’re moving forward in that direction.”
Results
Through this work, Partnership for Re-Entry Program:
Measures how program participants are benefitting from the services they receive.
Identifies strategies to better support participants in their reentry.
Chose and built a database to house thousands of client records, helping staff track participants easily over time.
